Overview

Prismo Marketing began in 2023 as an opportunity to give SEEDSPARK’s marketing team an identity of its own, one that felt upbeat, creative, and a little different from the traditional agency mold. I was involved from the earliest stages, helping develop the brand from the ground up through naming, market positioning, brand strategy, visual identity, messaging, and launch before Prismo officially debuted in January 2024.

Over the next few years, my role expanded into shaping and maintaining every part of Prismo’s presence, from brand and content strategy to social media, email marketing, and web. As Prismo matured and our positioning shifted toward a more foundational, strategy-led approach to marketing, I led a second website overhaul in 2026, rethinking the site’s content, structure, design, and development to better reflect what the brand had become and where it was headed.

Building the Brand

Prismo started taking shape in 2023 as our team began exploring what an independent identity for SEEDSPARK’s marketing department could look like. We wanted the brand to reflect the way we approached marketing: creative, collaborative, and made up of many different disciplines working together. That idea ultimately inspired the name Prismo, drawing from the way a prism transforms a single beam of light into a spectrum of color.

From there, we explored the brand’s positioning, personality, messaging, and visual direction alongside a range of logo concepts. The final identity through a bold, colorful visual system designed to feel energetic and approachable while giving Prismo a distinct presence of its own.

As the identity developed, I translated it into a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, defining how Prismo’s logo, color, typography, imagery, and supporting visual elements should work together across different applications. Those guidelines became the foundation for everything that followed, from the website and social presence to email, content, and other digital touchpoints.

Website & UI/UX

I contributed to the design and content of Prismo’s original website leading up to its 2024 launch. As the brand evolved over the next two years, so did our understanding of how we wanted to position Prismo, communicate our approach, and define the services we offered.

In 2026, I led a complete overhaul of the website, taking the project from strategy and content through design and development. Alongside our t I reworked the site structure, expanded and clarified our service offerings, refined the brand’s positioning and messaging, wrote the website copy, designed the experience, and built the site in WordPress using Avada. I collaborated with our Senior Graphic Designer for additional creative support and feedback as I finalized select pages and details throughout the site.

Marketing Pulse

Marketing Pulse was created as Prismo’s educational content platform, designed to share practical insights, industry trends, and thought leadership across the different areas of marketing. I developed the identity for Marketing Pulse from the ground up, including its logo, visual direction, and an extension of Prismo’s brand guidelines that gave the platform its own recognizable look while keeping it connected to the larger brand.

I also led the ongoing content behind Marketing Pulse, researching and developing topics and writing multiple articles each month across marketing strategy, branding, websites, SEO, HubSpot, design, and emerging industry trends. Topics were shaped by a combination of industry developments, search opportunities, Prismo’s services and expertise, and subjects we wanted to establish stronger thought leadership around. I managed the email marketing side of Marketing Pulse in HubSpot as well, writing and designing emails to promote new articles and building supporting automations for subscriber confirmations, welcome messaging, and other touchpoints throughout the signup experience.

For the website experience, I designed a custom blog landing page that organized the growing library into distinct topic areas, each with its own color treatment within the Marketing Pulse visual system. I worked closely with our developer to translate the concept into a custom-coded experience, allowing the page’s visual treatment to dynamically change as users explored different categories.

Brand Presence

Beyond larger initiatives like the website and Marketing Pulse, I managed much of Prismo’s day-to-day brand presence across social content, event and team-focused posts, photography, company announcements, alert emails, and other creative needs that came up along the way.

The work often meant shifting between very different needs and audiences while maintaining a recognizable voice and visual identity. From timely marketing conversations and important updates to team culture and one-off initiatives, I helped make sure each piece felt relevant to the moment and distinctly Prismo.

The Impact

What began as an idea to give SEEDSPARK’s marketing team an identity of its own grew into a fully realized marketing brand with its own positioning, visual system, voice, digital presence, and content platform. From the earliest stages of Prismo through its continued evolution, I helped shape how the brand looked, sounded, and positioned itself in the market.

Over the next several years, my role grew from helping build the brand to becoming one of its primary creative stewards, evolving its identity across web, content, email, social, and ongoing marketing initiatives. The result was a cohesive and flexible brand system that could grow alongside Prismo as its services, strategy, and direction continued to evolve.
